Designed for individual leaders to experience without their teams, but with people from other organizations. We take you through the ELVIS Experience Design Leadership Framework and the psychology of transformative experience design using Zero-G as our real-world exemplar experience. The emphasis here is on individual growth and skill-building. This includes preparing for, and experiencing a Zero-G flight, translating the experience into meaningful portable skills, and designing the ways you will apply this training to your own leadership journey. Base program includes 12 hybrid contact hours over 1 to 2 weeks, with 2 days in-person (inclusive of flight day).

For teams of up to 28 people with reserved sections on public flights or private charter options. This is a team-building and leader-skill-building experiential training like no other - designed for teams who work together. We take you and your team through the ELVIS Experience Design Leadership Framework and the psychology of transformative experience design using Zero-G as our real-world exemplar experience. This includes preparing for, and experiencing a Zero-G flight, translating the experience into meaningful portable skills, and designing the ways you will bring this training back to your work together. Executive Team Experience
It’s carrot day! This 2-day experience (one-day prep, one-day flight) is designed as a motivation and/or reward program for leaders to share with their direct reports, including powerful team-building focused on the psychological elements of trust, belonging, and supportive risk-taking.

Designed to pool the resources of several small businesses that wish to engage in this program but share the costs to make it more affordable. Accommodating up to 14 people from different organizations to form your Zero-G Flight Team.
