For individual leaders. For teams of up to 28 people with reserved sections on public flights or private charter options. Executive Team Experience
It’s carrot day! This 2-day experience (one-day prep, one-day flight) is designed as a motivation and/or reward program for leaders to share with their direct reports, including powerful team-building focused on the psychological elements of trust, belonging, and supportive risk-taking.
